The house is located in the stately area of Valladolid, with very elegant buildings from the nineteenth century. It is a 3-minute walk from the train station and Campo Grande, 1 minute walk from Plaza de España (with a fruit market and fresh veggies every day) and 5 minutes from the main square.
CONTRACT:
Minimum: from 1 September to 31 January or from 1 February to 31 July-August.
THE HOUSE:
The house has 4 rooms, a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), a large hallway, a living room, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other without), and a small common room for everyone, which can serve as a laundry room or storage.
ROOMS:
3 of the rooms are exterior, with a 135x1.90 cm bed, very large (18m2), and one smaller room, with a 90x1,90 cm bed, interior, very quiet and silent.
All rooms are fully equipped with a bed, bedside table, dresser, wardrobe, mirror, armchair, study table/chair, and desk lamp. The exterior rooms have plenty of light.
COMMON SPACES:
The house has a very large built-in wardrobe common to all that can serve as storage for shoes, suitcases, summer/winter clothes, iron, etc. . There is also a small, extra room, common to all, which can be used to eat, hang clothes, iron, or whatever you want.
PRICES:
Includes everything, community, electricity, gas, heating, fibre optic internet, water and a monthly cleaning lady for the common areas. Cleanliness doesn't mean you shouldn't clean. It means that there will be someone helping to manage the cleaning and make sure that the house stays clean.
