LOCATED IN A STATELY AREA OF VALLADOLID. The emblematic ¨Pasaje Gutiérrez¨ is one of the most visited places in the city. A covered shopping arcade inaugurated in 1886.
The house is just refurbished and has 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms.
It is a 15-minute walk from the train station and 12 minutes from Campo Grande (the largest park in the city center), 6 minutes from Plaza de España (where you can find a fresh fruit and vegetable market every day) and 5 minutes from Plaza Mayor.

THE HOUSE:
The house has 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms (one with shower and two with bathtub), fully equipped.
There is a kitchen with access to a closed gallery (including dishwasher), large hall and living room. All rooms, except for the attic room, have a terrace. A 3rd floor without elevator.
ROOMS:
4 of the rooms have a 1.35x1.90 bed, very spacious (18-25m2). There is only one room (number 4) with a 1.05x1.90 bed.
All of them a very quiet, bright, exterior, with direct access to a terrace and wonderful views of the catedral and the Patio Gutiérrez, or the Plaza del Salvador. They are fully equipped with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror, study table/chair and lamp.
COMMON SPACES:
The house has a very large built-in wardrobe common to all that can serve as storage for shoes, suitcases, summer/winter clothes, etc.
ROOM PRICES:
Prices include everything: gas, electricity, water, heating, and all city taxes, high-speed internet… and also a monthly assistant for cleaning the common areas. Cleanliness doesn't mean you shouldn't clean. It means that there will be someone helping to manage the cleaning and make sure the house stays clean.
