Perfect for a professional or adult ERASMUS student who wants to live in a newly renovated, elegant, very bright (all exterior), clean, spacious and quiet house with all the comforts. 
All rooms are equipped with a bed, study table, wardrobe, mirror, and have a private key. They are all completely independent. Pets are not allowed.
