WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FLOOR MATE. THE HOUSE HAS 3 BEDROOMS, living room, bathroom and large kitchen.
Located on Calle Nebrija 8, a quiet street in the ¨Rondilla¨ neighborhood, a very safe commercial neighborhood from the 60s, full of shops of all kinds, supermarkets, bars, terraces... etc.
If you like to share a lunch or dinner with your roommates from time to time but also enjoy your private space, this is your apartment!

Perfect to share between 3 people. 15 minutes from the city center and close to all universities.
All rooms are equipped with a bed, study table, wardrobe, mirror, and have a private key. They are all completely independent.

Pets are not allowed.

- Room 1 with a 135x190 bed: €380 (ALL EXPENSES INCLUDED and cleaning service once a month)
- Room 2 with a 135x190 bed: €370 (ALL EXPENSES INCLUDED and cleaning service once a month)
